Group Level

Follow
We've introduced a new Group Level feature to help users navigate the hundreds and thousands of groups on Palringo. The higher the level of a group, the more likely it is to be a fun place to hang out! As this is a new feature, there will be some updates and changes as we roll it out to make sure that it works in the best way for you.

How do I increase the Group Level of my Group?

Group Level is a score based on Group Reputation, which is affected by a number of factors. Specifically, you can increase your Group Reputation by:

- Adding an avatar
- Adding Premium status to the group
- Keeping the group active with chat
- Adding Bots

Why can't I see what percentage of the Level my group has completed?

As this is a new feature we're rolling out, some functionality isn't available yet but we will of course be looking at ways of expanding and improving it in the future.

I've purchased a Bot for the group but it hasn't increased the Group Level. Why not?

Your Group's Reputation will only increase straight away if a new/different Bot has been purchased for the group - i.e. a Bot which isn't there already. If it *is* a Bot that's new to the group, rest assured you will get the according Group Rep, but this may not be automatically reflected in a visible increase to your Group Level.
My Group Level has just significantly increased out of the blue. Why has that happened?

Any Bot subscriptions that extend beyond 3 years will be converted into Group Rep on an ongoing basis. This explains why you might see a jump in your Group Level every now and again.

Terms of Service
